Each Majestic Hammock is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 full year from the original date of purchase. And with proper care, it is designed to last for many years.
I also guarantee that you will get exactly what you're paying for - good design, great quality, and true craftsmanship. Period.
Please note: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper care or use (hanging over 18", jumping, swinging)
- UV damage (color fading, brittleness causing tearing, etc)
- Elemental or accidental damage (holes from animal nails or bites, burns from hot embers, wind damage, etc)
- After-market design modifications (added zippers, suspension changes, etc)

Warranty / Guarantee : The Majestic Hammock has been meticulously designed to give a very unique and relaxed lay - unlike any other. They are individually built and assembled with very specific suspension components to ensure that each one lays exactly as the Majestic Hammock was designed to lay - a lay you will absolutely not find in any other hammock. Because it is our desire to provide you with the most comfortable and complete hammock system possible, we highly recommend utilizing Majestic Hammock's integrated suspension system as designed. Modifying, removing, or replacing suspension components of the Majestic Hammock will void all warranty or guarantees, both expressed or implied.
